Who we are?
Nipro MIC Technical Services GmbH was founded in 2014. As part of Nipro Medical EMEA, it is a well-established international service organization operating within the healthcare industry. Our team consists of service-oriented personnel highly experienced in medical technology, primarily in renal care.

The headquarters of Nipro MIC Technical Services is located in Hamburg, Germany, serving as the central hub for all our operations. This includes a spare parts warehouse and management systems, a training and education department, and a team of expert service engineers who provide support and training to our subsidiaries and customers. Nipro MIC Technical Services headquarters operates under stringent quality standards and is certified according to ISO 13485.

Technical services within the subsidiaries of Nipro Medical EMEA are similarly equipped with teams of experienced service engineers and team leaders who work locally to support our customers across the EMEA region. All our service personnel adhere to our quality guidelines and procedures and utilize our service software as a reporting and planning tool. Our subsidiaries are well-equipped to provide professional services at a local level.
