We are looking for an International Project Manager who is passionate to join our Digital Solutions team, based in our Mechelen office in Belgium.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing multi-country projects, coordinating with international clients, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will closely collaborate with the digital sales teams, product specialists, customer success teams, and research & development colleagues to drive the roll-out of Nipro’s NephroFlow dialysis management software (NephroFlow Product Suite - Dialysis management software | Software for dialysis clinics)

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate efforts of team members and third-party suppliers to deliver projects.
  • Communicate project expectations and provide consistent updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project success.
  • Define, optimize, and streamline processes for project management.
  • Integrate project management into our structured sales process.
  • Design and implement tools to monitor and track progress.
  • Support and work alongside local and regional product specialists during project deployments.
  • Onboard new customers, implementing the software and training users.

What you’ll need

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare software industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Fluent in English and/or French and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required (40%). Predominant geographical working area will be the EMEA region, although travel to Latin America and Asia could sporadically be requested.
