About the role

 

The main responsibility of the job holder is to growth the Hospital Products (HP) in Benelux

He/she will train nurses/doctors and other stakeholders how to use Nipro HP products.

He/she used the Nipro training material for these purposes

Provides professional assistance and advice to help with product problem solving and/or complaint

Responsibilities

Sales (30%)

  • Pro active hunting for new opportunity

Product implementation (60%)

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Project planning and management
  • Providing training to end users
  • Implementing and validating the workflows
  • Provide support and guidance before and during go-live
  • Aftercare the first weeks after the go-live
  • Coordinate transition to support team
  • Provide feedback to account manager

Market mapping (10%)

  • Provide information about HP market (competition/prices/therapy/…)

Profile

  • A previous succesful experience as a sales, business developer, account manager or product specialist in a healthcare environment, ideally in contact with hospitals
  • Sales hunting skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Presentation, demonstration and training competences
  • Very good command of Dutch & French
  • Customer care
  • Natural relationship builder
